This is the traditional type of hog roasting ideal for any party or event, I have been rearing outdoor pigs for three years now and are always complemented on the taste of the meat which I believe is down to them being fed a great diet of fresh vegetables grown in our market garden business and the fact that we use real fire! We have had many successful hog roast events for all occasions and we always bring added atmosphere and excitement .

Includes:

We bring the fuel for the fire (unless you have an abundance of logs) and set the pig roasting about 9 hrs before the serving.

Included in the price is everything for at least 100 servings of roast pork/herb stuffing/apple sauce, bread roll, also you get great crackling which most gas oven hog roasts do not give.

Also included is a gazebo and pine table with Bain-marie for serving.
