Biography:

Described as 'The Specials on crack', 25 Past the Skank are a Nottingham group pushing boundaries and have quickly earned a reputation for being one of the liveliest, unique bands on the scene. Our aim is to incorporate pretty much every style of dance floor destroying genres to the gyrating masses. Essentially being eight core members but featuring guest vocal appearances from a wide range of different artists such as Birdie Mack (Scottish rapping champion), Louis Cypher from first blood, and Baron D (highness) Nottingham’s old school legend. With deep and heavy synth bass-lines, raw brass hooks, gritty breakbeats, tight chops, percussive licks, intricate turntable techniques and two of the liveliest and funniest front men around, 25 Past the Skank are quickly becoming a formidable elite dropping nothing but bangers…Even the nans can ‘av it out!
